When: July 1, 2018 9 am – 3 pm
Free Event!
9-12: Open Range – We will have bales set at various distances for open shooting.
12-3: BBQ Social – Time to eat, visit, and celebrate our new home!
What to bring:
- Bow (If you want to shoot)
- Chairs
- Shade
- Sunscreen
- A bbq side dish to share
What we will provide:
- BBQ meat
- Drinks
- Margaritas – (After shooting ONLY, must be 21 to partake)
- Bales and Targets
Fun in the Sun at SoCal
The SoCal Showdown was a fabulous tournament this year. Central Texas was well represented by archers who did some great shooting! The weather was cool and southern California was beautiful, bursting with blooms.
Putting the FUN in FUNdraising
Help CTA reach our target this summer! We are hosting a fundraising drive that will enable our non-profit to begin hosting outdoor classes this fall. Once we have our property, we have to buy basic archery equipment. The cost for equipment is $20,000. This is where we need your help. You donation to Central Texas Archery will be 100% used to purchase bows, targets, and other essentials of shooting AND is tax deductible! We can accept donations via cash, check, or by credit card with Paypal. We will be updating our website and Facebook pages to show the progress we are making.
